Egg Free Me!

We have a great tip for you thanks to our lovely friends at Nua Naturals

When baking for a vegan or simply swap your egg with chia seeds! its that easy!

Our Tried & Tested Method:

1 heaped teaspoon of milled chia seed= 1 egg

Mix the heaped teaspoon of milled chia seed with 3 - 4 teaspoons of water. mix well and leave to sit for 5 -10 mins untill it goes all gloopy and egg like!

Add to whatever you're baking and enjoy!
